Our Surgeons extracted a small amount of grafts (1073 grafts) using the FUE technique to transplant into this gentleman’s hairline and cowlick. We operated in the hairline over 1 day and his result is 1 year post surgery in these series of photos. He wanted us to recreate his thinned cowlick (the spiral at the front of his hairline). He also wanted us to restore his hairline forward to a natural position. He had naturally a finer hair type but we have nevertheless achieved a nice, natural result for this pleasant gentleman.
