This gentleman had 1485 grafts implanted into his crown only. His operation was performed over 1 day using the FUE hair transplant and implanter pen techniques. His results shown here are 1 year post surgery. As with most crowns, the level of density achievable can be limited due to the visual angle at which a crown is looked at meaning skin can be seen easily through hair. Transplanting a greater number of grafts is generally required. This gentleman also had a higher than average hair per graft ratio of 2.50 helping him to achieve this surgical outcome.
