This patient had a receding hairline, level Norwood 3. He underwent FUE hair transplant surgery to his hairline and temples. We operated using implanter pens with Follicular Unit Excision used to extract a total of 1856 grafts which were re-implanted with implanter pens using the DHI (direct hair implantation) method. We operated on the hairline over 1 day and his result is 1 year post surgery in these series of photos.
