• Donor density of 82 FU/cmÇ occipital, 92 FU/cmÇ parietal, 100 FU/cmÇ temporal
• Hair diameter of ~ 47 - 56 microns
Treatment plan
1. Follicular Unit Extraction to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and midhead section.
Medical therapy with Finagel 1%
2. Follicular Unit Extraction vertex/crown area in the future.

Follicular Unit Extraction with 3505 FU:
* 410 single hair FU
* 2136 double hair FU
* 959 triple hair FU

Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0,8 - 1,0 mm).
Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.85 mm serrated trumpet punch.
Partial microscopic preparation of the single follicular unit grafts.
