This patient had been experiencing hair loss for the previous 7 years. He was initially recommended to get onto oral minoxidil at the initial consultation to ensure to stabilise his loss. Once that had been achieved and after researching several clinics, he then returned for surgery. The goal was to rebuild a conservative hairline and work back as far as needed while ensuring donor preservation.
