NOTE: Afro-American patient. FUE extraction on patients with curly or wavy hair presents several problems. It is important to utilize the most refined manual instruments and it is required a great experience in order to realize the extraction in an efficient way, correctly changing the direction of the extraction below the patient’s skin.
