FUE Method

The FUE hair transplant method was first applied in 2002 by Rassman et al. As in the FUT method, hair is taken from the nape area between the two ears. However, the hair follicles are taken from the donor area one by one, not as a strip. It left the FUT method behind because it creates a natural appearance and does not cause damage to the donor area. While hair transplantation performed with the FUE method is performed under local anesthesia, it also eliminates the pain and suffering of the patient.

FUE, which is a standard among hair transplant methods today, is performed in 4 different ways:

FUE with Manual Punch
In the FUE method, hair follicles were first collected with the manual punch technique. The hair follicles were loosened manually by the doctors with these punches with various sized tips. Afterwards, the hairs that are loosened with a device called micropen-set are collected one by one. FUE hair transplantation method, which is performed with manual punch technique, takes a lot of time because it is collected by hand one by one.

FUE with micromotor
The places where the hair follicles will be taken are loosened automatically by this tool. It has various sized bits just like manual punch. These ends are placed in the micro motor device according to the desired size. And by opening tiny holes around the hair follicles, it loosens the hair follicles automatically. Loosened hair follicles are collected with a micropen-set device as in manual punch. Thanks to the automatic rotation feature, hair transplantation operations are completed in a shorter time.
