This patient came to Hattingen Hair due to his frontal NW3A loss but also to add density to his mid-scalp. We explained the options he had available and he chose to undertake follicular unit extraction with the goal of rebuilding his frontal hairline and thickening the top of his scalp. 3616 grafts were transplanted in one visit with the result seen here one year later.
