This gentleman, who doesn’t have male pattern hair loss, sought to address a lifelong high hairline issue for personal reasons. We delivered a result that exceeded his expectations using an unshaven FUE technique (UFUE). We precisely transplanted 1562 grafts (3582 hairs) to his frontal area, crafting a more balanced and aesthetic hairline which suited his facial proportions well, using the finest single hairs from his donor to achieve a very natural looking hairline. Whilst this is not a “traditional” male hairline design, the final result was achieved through a collaborative effort between the patient’s own personal vision and our surgeon’s expertise to ensure realistic expectations were met.
